As a firm, Investor Bull does not claim to a have a traditional history of activities within the global financial markets, something many firms seem obsessed with. To the contrary, at I-B we are happy to admit that we are a new firm, with a new outlook and a new attitude. Since its inception in December 2011, I-B have been providing access to offshore property financing, seller financed real estate acquisitions, life settlements and US Tax Lien Bonds. Although I-B is new, investors can take confidence in our relationships and business network. Investor Bull is a multidisciplinary firm that provides specialist offshore investment services and tax efficient structures with a client motivated approach. All of this comes with the peace of mind of having regulated product providers and secure, established opportunities. I-B does not work within the ‘emerging investment markets’ – we have no interest in “the next big thing”. The mediocre returns offered by traditional, onshore investments have driven many investors to look further afield for investments, where the promised returns on most of these opportunities really are enough to make you jump out of your seat. However, while a SMALL number of these investments are genuinely capable of driving your annual performance up three-fold on average, others could leave your accounts in turmoil, and in the worst cases gobble up your pension and savings altogether.
